Contribution
Managed a complex design project with multiple stakeholders (C-level executives investors, Japanese agency and 3 designers) involving to research, ideate, implement, test and improve three new solutions including a trivia game to attract and retain a Japanese consumer base.
Impact
Trivia created excitement and momentum which, along with other features launched and great teamwork enabled us gain a first Japanese partner quickly, Philocoffea. I also received great internal feedback:
